Custom Audiences in Ignite allow you to group automatically generated audience segments into tailored lists based on real visitor behavior. These segments can be applied throughout the platform to power targeted offers, personalized experiences, advertising campaigns, and messaging workflows.
For example, you can create audiences such as “All New Jeep Vehicles” or “All New EV Chevys”, enabling you to engage specific groups more effectively and export data for CRM use.

Advertising Integration & First-Party Data Exports
Currently, you have the ability to sync your audiences to Meta via the Meta Integration (more integrations coming soon), or export audiences in a variety of formats including Meta/Facebook, Google, Household IP Addresses, SHA-2, and SHA-1. This approach ensures your customer data remains actionable, organized, and ready for external marketing or analytics workflows, while helping you extend your reach and reinforce messaging across channels.
