How to Update Your Agency’s UTM Code
This article explains how to update your Agency UTM code in the Ignite platform. The UTM code helps track traffic sources and performance across your agency’s websites.
Note: Only users with Agency-level permissions can update the UTM code.

Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Access the Agency Information Page
Open your Agency Information page. This section displays key details about your agency, including your platform domain, traffic UTM source, and support email address.
2. Edit Agency Information
Click Edit Agency Information to modify your agency’s settings. This allows you to update the UTM code and make other necessary adjustments.
3. Update the UTM Source
Scroll down to locate the UTM Source textbox. In this field, enter or edit the desired UTM code that will be applied to your agency’s tracking links. Be sure to double-check for accuracy, as this impacts how your traffic sources are recorded.
4. Save Your Changes
Once you’ve entered the updated code, click Update Agency to save your changes. The new UTM code will now apply across your agency’s tracked traffic sources.
