Lead Delivery Formats
Your leads can be delivered in several different formats depending on how you want to receive or process them. Below are the supported options with explanations and links to detailed examples.
1. ADF (Automotive Digital Format)
Use this format when sending leads to a CRM or system that supports the ADF XML standard.
ADF (Automotive Digital Format) is a structured XML format commonly used across the automotive industry to exchange lead information between websites, dealerships, and CRMs.
Before implementing ADF delivery, make sure your CRM or DMS supports it.

2. HTTP (Webhook)
Use this format to deliver leads via webhook. Webhooks send automated payloads (typically in JSON format) to a target URL whenever a lead is submitted. This method is ideal for integrating with custom APIs, backend systems, or third-party CRMs.
The data is transmitted as the body of an HTTP POST request to the specified endpoint.

3. TEXT
Choose this format if you want leads to be sent directly to an email inbox. This is ideal for individuals (such as a Service Manager) who prefer to receive lead information via email rather than through a CRM.
4. SMS
Use this format to send lead notifications directly to a mobile phone via text message. This option is useful for quick responses or on-the-go lead alerts.
5. OrbisX
OrbisX is an all-in-one CRM designed for auto service businesses such as detailing, window tint, PPF, wrap, and small automotive shops.
6. Salesforce
To have leads sent directly to Salesforce, follow the setup steps outlined in the integration guide.
