Lead Qualification Questions for Surveys

What it is?

We are excited to announce that our platform now allows for follow-up questions in visitor surveys to better qualify leads! By asking more targeted questions, we can gather more specific information about potential leads and better understand their needs and interests. This will help us to provide more personalized and effective solutions to our clients. How Does it Work?

  1. Navigate to Settings → Engagements → Post-Claim Qualifier Surveys and choose Configure

  2. Select Create a New Survey Question or edit an existing question

  3. Select the Segment for the question, we will ask this question for any offer claim that falls under this segment

  1. Depending on your vertical you may have some pre-defined questions available for common segments:

  1. Customize your question and the possible choices, while staying within the SMS character limit on the right

  2. New: You now have the ability to reply with different messages depending on which response the visitor provides

NOTE: Any links entered will be automatically shortened and tagged with the platform UTM Source

  1. If you do not provide a reply the system will reply with the following generic message after a successful survey response: "Thank you for your reply! Please give us a call at [WEBSITE PHONE NUMBER] if we can help you further.”

  2. Conversation logs will be send to CRMS inside of the comments section
