Ordering Direct Mail Packages

Users with billing access can order Direct Mail packages from the subscription billing & payments section

Available Packages will be displayed, based on what is available for your agency

Subscribed Packages are shown for the website

  • Any cancelations will occur on the last day of the month

  • If a package is active on the first day of the month, they will be charged the full amount for that month and any credits (ie direct mail credits) will be applied

  • Credits do not expire

  • If the package enables a feature (like ChatAI) then the feature will be active until the end of that month

  • Packages will appear on invoices as a separate line item from the website subscription

    ex: launchlabs.ai-Package-Direct Mail Credits-2500
