What is the Conversion Hub?

Today, when someone browses your site, they’re likely doing so from a mobile device. With the Conversion Hub, you can convert more leads from mobile visitors.

Beyond mobile visitors, you can also make things easier for desktop visitors with Conversion Hub for desktop.

For instructions on how to configure the Conversion Hub on mobile and desktop, see the article How to Configure the Conversion Hub.

How it Works

The Conversion Hub adds a configurable set of buttons to the bottom of the screen for visitors. Visitors can click the Special Offers button to view offers for a product.

A mobile visitor can click the button to open their text messaging app, with the special offer instructions preloaded. This completes the conversion and sends a lead to your CRM.

A desktop visitor can also click the button, but will be prompted to enter their phone number so the special offer instructions can be sent to them. This also completes the conversion and sends a lead to your CRM.

The same process applies to other buttons. When a visitor clicks a menu item, the Conversion Hub buttons will automatically send a lead to your CRM.

Data Collection

When a visitor interacts with any Conversion Hub button, their data, such as phone number, is captured automatically. This ensures that the leads collected are accurate and reduces invalid entries, including bots.

The Conversion Hub is designed to streamline lead capture for mobile and desktop visitors. It does not require additional steps from the visitor beyond clicking the buttons.
