Turning Your Trial Into a Paid Subscription

This article explains how to convert an active trial subscription into a paid plan in Ignite.

👉 Before following this guide, make sure you have access to your agency’s account and the necessary permissions to modify subscription settings. If you do not have billing access please reach out to our support team at support@launchlabs.ai.

1. Open Agency Settings

Log into your account and click the person icon in the top-right corner. Select Agency Settings.

2. Search for Your Agency

In the Agency Accounts section, use the Search field to locate your agency by name.

3. Manage the Agency Account

Click the Manage button next to your agency to open account management options.

4. Access Subscription Settings

Select the Subscriptions tab to view and manage your trial and billing settings.

5. Convert to a Paid Plan

Scroll down to the Active Trial section. Click the Create Paid Subscription button to initiate the upgrade process.
