Turning Your Trial Into a Paid Subscription

In order to activate a trial into a paid subscription you'll need billing access to your agency. This is something that should be done with your initial onboarding set up. If you don't have billing access and feel like you should, check in with our support team at support@launchlabs.ai

With access to your agency's billing, you'll be able to find your active and trial subscriptions by viewing your agency settings and clicking on the subscriptions & payments tab.

At the top of the Subscriptions & Payments page, you'll see active subscriptions. Further down the page, you will find trial and expired subscriptions, with an option to 'Create Paid Subscription.' This is also a good place to check how many days are left on your trial.
