Difference in Insight Summary & CRM Leads?
When there is a difference in the number of offers claimed (shown in the Insights Summary) and the number of leads delivered to the designated CRM this could be due to a few reasons listed below. It's important to note that not all CRM's are the same and require the same information.
1. Most CRMs require a name to be associated with a lead.
A visitor could claim an offer, but choose not to provide their name. This activity would show up as a "claimed offer" in the Insights Summary, but not as a lead in the "Lead Delivery Receipts".
2. Data Enrichment Toggled On
If the Data Enrichment feature of "Require Shoppers to Provide Names" is turned on, then as mentioned above, a visitor could claim an offer, however if they do not provide their name the lead is not sent to the CRM.
3. Claimed Offer
An offer could be claimed by a website visitor before the lead address is provided or configured.
4. The lead address could be incorrect.
