Audience Export

If your subscription plan includes audience exports then you can export unlimited audiences from Ignite in a variety of formats. You can also export audiences using our API.

1. Navigate to Settings → Audiences

   You should see an export button next to each audience in the platform

   

2. Select the format that you need and verify the export information

   

3. Click Export to continue. The platform will build the file and send it to your email for download. The file will contain the last 60 days worth of data for that audience segment.

   ❗ Note Download links are valid for 7 days

   You may close the window once you start the export

4. You will receive an email with your file to download

FAQS:

• Q: Is the VISITOR COUNT reflecting the audience available for export?

  • A: NO, that shows the total number of visitors to the website that have been assigned into that category. They may or may not be available for audience export types.

• Q: How Are Ad IDs Acquired?

  • A: Ad IDs are based on emails. Because of this, at times we will have multiple email addresses available for a specific household (these will be included in the audience export) and at other times we will not have any email addresses for a household (ineligible for audience export)

• Q: What is included in the IP Address Export?

  • A: Household IP Addresses are included, Mobile Device IP Addresses are excluded
