How long after a session do we send the 1st email to location identified shoppers?

When you first enable engagement emails on the platform it will send to visitors that were seen up to a week ago, once it's caught up, it will send the first email to identified visitors as soon as 3 hours after their last visit to the website. We feel that 3 hours is a reasonable amount of time to wait to not appear to be "too soon" and to allow for occasions where the visitors come back and resume shopping on their own.
