What Information is Sent With Leads

• Vehicle Info: We will send vehicle information (year, make, model) if the lead was submitted on a page for a particular vehicle (VDP)

• Lead Provider Information:

  • Name of the lead provider - the name the agency has chosen to call the application

  • URL of the agency

  • Agency support email address

• Lead type

  • Sales, Service

• Customer Data

  • Name: Full, First, and Last name

  • Email address if available

  • Phone number if available

• Comments

  • Information on offer claimed if this is an offer lead

  • Information on the 1 tap button used to convert if this is a 1 tap button lead

  • A link to the customer's shopper profile

Note: Any personal information sent in a lead is submitted directly by the customer. We do not (and cannot) send customer data that we resolved using their location.
