Configuring ChatAI

Configuring our ChatAI tool is a straightforward process that can be completed in just a few simple steps. This guide will walk you through the necessary actions to successfully upgrade and subscribe to ChatAI.

Begin by accessing the Engagements Tab within your dashboard. Locate the ChatAI option and click on the "Upgrade" button.

After clicking upgrade, you will be prompted to subscribe to ChatAI. Please note that the additional cost for this subscription will be added to your existing plan.

Once you subscribe, you will need to configure the ChatAI tool. You'll see this option on the Engagements tab once ChatAI is activated.

For each audience segment (USED, NEW, FINANCE, etc.), you'll need to specify what information you would like the Chatbot to collect and the order in which you would like it to collect this information. You'll do this by dragging and dropping the available tactics to the box on the left.

*Be sure to SAVE TACTICS before exiting this screen & you're all set!
