Ai Hero Offers

Similar to Onsite offers but different in a few key ways, this document outlines the features and usage of Ai Onsite Hero Offers, which are site-wide offers that adjust based on shopping behavior and can be filtered by geography.

• Ai Hero Offers will not fire if a more specific offer is available, and will not be sent in emails or direct mail campaigns.

• We have the ability to run a generic, site-wide, offer that will adjust its firing based on shopping behavior. More interested visitors are more likely to receive these offers.

• These offers will fire on the home page.

• These offers will not fire if there is a more specific offer available for a category or page

• These offers can be filtered to only fire in certain geographies, same as other offers

• These offers will not be sent in emails or direct mail campaigns

• Current offers can be converted to AI Hero Offers

• Only one Ai Hero Offer should be active at a time

1. Navigate to Offers

2. Create a new offer or choose Manage on an existing offer

3. Select Onsite Offer Setup

4. Pick the AI Hero option
