How to Set Up AI Hero Offers

This article explains how to set up AI Hero Offers in Ignite. AI Hero Offers are AI-driven, site-wide homepage promotions that adapt based on visitor shopping behavior, ensuring more engaged visitors are more likely to see them.

Follow these steps to configure an AI Hero Offer. Screenshots from the video should be included for each major step.

1. Open Engagements

Go to the platform and click Engagements from the top navigation bar.

2. Select Offers

From the Engagements menu, click Offers to view and manage available promotions.

3. Manage an Existing Offer

Find the offer you want to configure and click Manage Offer.

4. Open Onsite Offer Setup

Click Onsite Offer Setup to configure how the offer will display on your website.

5. Enable AI Hero

Select AI Hero to make the offer an AI-driven homepage promotion. Confirm your selection to activate.
