What is Credit Check?

Credit Check is an add-on feature to the Conversion Hub that allows website visitors to easily check their credit score. This removes uncertainty for shoppers by helping them understand what they may qualify for before contacting the dealership.

For dealerships, Credit Check streamlines lead generation by capturing valuable shopper information, making it easier to prepare personalized offers and conversations before the visitor arrives on-site.

How Credit Check Works

Credit Check is embedded directly into the Conversion Hub on your website.

  • While browsing the site, visitors see a “Credit Check” button in the Conversion Hub bar at the bottom of the page.

  • When the visitor clicks the button, they are redirect to their messaging app with a pre filled out message where they will consent to receive messages.

The platform responds with a secure link where the shopper can complete a short form to view their credit history.

    After submission:

    • The visitor can view their credit information.
    • The shopper’s name, phone number, and related details are automatically captured as a lead.
    • The lead is sent directly to your CRM for follow-up.

This is a Soft Credit pull, which means it will provide your customers with a credit range, and unlike a traditional credit pull, will not affect your clients credit score.

This process ensures a smooth, compliant, and frictionless experience for both the shopper and the dealership.
