What are Delivery Receipts?

Delivery Receipts in the platform are records that track and confirm the delivery of various communication and marketing assets such as emails, SMS, leads, and direct mail to customers. These records allow teams to monitor delivery status and verify performance in real time.

Where to Find Delivery Receipts

You can access Delivery Receipts by navigating to: Settings → Delivery Receipts in the platform.

Platform Deliveries that are Tracked:

Email & SMS Delivery

Displays which emails & texts were sent, to whom, and when. This helps to confirm successful email & text messages sent for campaigns and automations.

Lead Delivery Monitoring

Shows a detailed record of leads generated through the platform and delivered to external CRMs or via email, including timestamps.

Direct Mail

Includes tracking for physical mailers sent through Dynamic Direct Mail, allowing visibility into offline engagement efforts.

Export Capability

Users can download delivery receipt data to analyze trends, verify lead counts, or support performance reporting.
