What Information is Sent With Leads

This article explains what information is included when lead data is sent from the Launch Labs platform to your CRM or dealer system in ADF (Dealer) XML format.

Overview

When a customer submits a lead through your website, the platform automatically generates an ADF XML lead and sends it to your designated CRM endpoint.

Each lead includes key vehicle, customer, and source details to help your team quickly identify, follow up, and track engagement.
