What Are Visitor Surveys?
Visitor surveys are short, targeted questions shown to website visitors to capture intent and qualification details. They help improve lead quality, personalize customer follow-up, and enhance remarketing efforts.


What Triggers Visitor Surveys?
In the platform, visitor surveys are typically triggered after an offer is claimed. These are known as Post-Claim Qualifier Surveys.
Common prompts include:
- Purchase timeframe
- Vehicle interest
- Financing readiness
Survey responses enrich the lead data sent to your CRM and allow for better audience segmentation in both remarketing campaigns and on-site personalization.

How to View Surveys
- To view survey responses, navigate to your Insight Summary under Insights.

- Then scroll to Platform Conversions.

- Under Platform Conversions you will find the section Visitors Claiming Offers. Visitors who have completed the survey will have a clipboard next to their name. If you click on these visitors you will be able to see the results of the survey.
